Hg agrees majority investment in Greek software firm EnterSoftone in €1bn deal

EnterSoftone, formed in 2025 through the merger of Entersoft and Softone, provides ERP and business software to more than 90,000 clients across Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus.
