HIG Capital sells IT solutions provider GDT to Softcat for $1.05bn

GDT is a Dallas-based provider of enterprise IT infrastructure and services, delivering networking, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and collaboration solutions to large and complex enterprise customers.
