Cadence Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Wichita, Kansas-based Premier Processing, a provider of surface finishing and special processing capabilities for aerospace and defense customers. No financial terms were disclosed.
WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cadence Aerospace (“Cadence” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington Capital”), today announced the acquisition of Premier Processing (“Premier”). Premier is a leading provider of surface finishing and special processing capabilities for aerospace and defense customers. Premier is headquartered in Wichita, KS with a single 35,640 square foot facility and numerous industry and customer accreditations. Premier will continue to be run by Brad Hart and the existing management team.
