ProKarma to merge with Lenati

ProKarma Inc, a portfolio company of Carlyle Group, is merging with Lenati LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Lenati, of Seattle, is a marketing and sales strategy consultancy. Petsky Prunier advised Lenati.
