Middle-market buyout shop Ridgemont Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Hometown Urgent Care, a Columbus, Ohio-based provider of urgent care medical services. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ridgemont Equity Partners is based in Charlotte, N.C.
