Ridgeview in £545m take-private offer for automotive software company Pinewood; Bridgepoint to acquire asset intelligence biz

Bridgepoint has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Lansweeper, a technology asset intelligence platform headquartered in Ghent, Belgium.
