Saothair Capital completes acquisition of North American Breweries from Heineken

The Rochester, New York-based brewer produces Labatt, Genesee, Seagram's Escapes, Lipton Hard Iced Tea and Bubly Wine Refresher and is among the largest US providers of full-service contract brewing for beer and other alcoholic beverages, according to the company.
