Shore Capital Partners has formed Maintera Facility Services, a Chicago-based provider of commercial facility management and vacant property services. No financial terms were disclosed.
Also, Maintera has acquired Commercial Asset Preservation, a Salt Lake City-based provider of property maintenance and inspection services to multi-site clients in the food and beverage, retail, industrial, institutional, office, hospitality, and convenience store end markets.
