Tallvine Partners’ marine platform acquires Crosby’s Gulf Coast assets

Crosby is a nearly 50-year-old provider of marine infrastructure services across the US Gulf Coast and inland waterways, operating a fleet of more than 150 tugboats, dredges and support vessels from Louisiana.
