Thoma Bravo to merge construction software firm with Nemetschek’s build and construct segment

According to terms of the agreement, Nemetschek SE will hold approximately 72 percent of the shares of the build and construct segment while Thoma Bravo will hold approximately 28 percent as a minority shareholder.
