Warburg Pincus to sell warehouse management software firm Softeon to IFS

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.

Warburg Pincus has agreed to sell Softeon, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of warehouse management system software, to IFS. No financial terms were disclosed.
