Domtar Buys EAM Corp.

Domtar Corp. has acquired EAM Corp. The seller was Kinderhook Industries. Financial terms weren’t announced. EAM has two products, NovaThin and NovaZorb, that are used in personal care applications like feminine hygiene, adult incontinence and baby diapers. The transaction was led by Derek Lewis, Darwin Olympia and Marshall Croft from the firm’s Richmond office.
