Reuters – Equinix Sells Data Centers

Equinix plans to sell 16 data centers in the United States to an investment group for about $75 million, writes Reuters. The investment group consists of 365 Main, Crosslink Capital and Housatonic Partners.

Reuters – Equinix Inc said it plans to sell 16 data centers in the United States to an investment group for about $75 million.

The investment group consists of 365 Main, Crosslink Capital and Housatonic Partners.

Equinix, which also offers cabinets and server storage space on rent, said 365 will own and manage the data centers after the deal is completed.
