DreamHost secures debt financing

DreamHost, a web hosting and cloud service provider has raised $30 million in debt financing from Goldman Sachs. The deal is structured as a $25 million term loan with a $5 million revolving line.


DreamHost (web hosting and cloud service provider) has just raised $30MM in debt financing from Goldman Sachs structured as a $25MM term loan with a $5MM revolving line.

The financing allows DreamHost to expedite its goals toward building web hosting and cloud storage/cloud computing services for its customers.
