iRxReminder has received a $250,000 commitment in seed funding from an undisclosed Washington, DC-based angel investment group for the further development and promotion of the company’s technology and healthcare patient management system. The company has raised $458,000 to date.

iRxReminder, LLC has received a $250,000 commitment in seed funding from an undisclosed Washington, DC-based angel investment group for the further development and promotion of the company’s technology and healthcare patient management system. The company has raised $458,000 to date. iRxReminder will receive dispersements upon completion of specific milestones including the completion of novel add-on technology and FDA submission.

“We are confident in the ability of iRxReminder’s management to execute the company’s business plan to support improved health outcomes and health research through the iRxReminder suite of products”, stated a representative for the investors. The DC group has extensive experience in operating small to medium size technology companies, raising capital and adding shareholder value.
