GTIS Partners re-hires Boyle as CFO

GTIS Partners, a real estate private equity firm, has re-hired Amy Boyle as managing director and chief financial officer. Boyle replaces former CFO, Grace Cheng. Prior to GTIS, Boyle worked as CFO of three publicly registered real estate investment trusts advised by American Realty Capital. Before, she was CFO for the Clarion Lion Properties Fund. From 2006 to 2009, Boyle worked as vice president and controller at GTIS Partners.

GTIS Partners LP (“GTIS”), a real estate private equity firm headquartered in New York City, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and São Paulo, today announced it has named Amy Boyle Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. She replaces former CFO, Grace Cheng.

Ms. Boyle’s responsibilities include fund accounting and reporting, treasury management, taxation, financings and structuring activities. She also oversees financial activities relating to the firm’s management company. Ms. Boyle is located in GTIS Partners’ New York headquarters and reports to Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Tom Feldstein.

Prior to joining GTIS Partners, Ms. Boyle served as Chief Financial Officer of three publicly-registered real estate investment trusts advised by American Realty Capital. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer for the Clarion Lion Properties Fund, Clarion Partners’ flagship real estate fund. While at Clarion, she also held positions in the finance and portfolio management groups. From 2006-2009, Ms. Boyle was Vice President and Controller at GTIS Partners. She began her career as an auditor for Boston-based public accounting firm, Feeley & Driscoll, PC.

Ms. Boyle holds a BS in Accounting and Management from Plattsburgh State University of New York and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
