Naviance, a provider of measurable student success solutions for schools and districts and a US division of British media conglomerate DMG, has acquired PrepMe. PrepMe is a provider of adaptive learning technologies and test preparation programs. The company’s lone angel investor was Vibhu Mittal, former director of research at Google who is now the founder of Root-1, an educational games company.
Naviance, the K-12 division of Hobsons, and the leading provider of measurable student success solutions for schools and districts, today announced its acquisition of PrepMe, a leader in adaptive learning technologies and test preparation programs for the PSAT, SAT and ACT.
Naviance Succeed® enables schools and districts to collect, monitor and analyze the deep data needed to tailor curriculum to individual student strengths, challenges and goals. With the addition of PrepMe, Naviance will offer an adaptive test preparation platform that leverages these individual details to create a personalized study plan for each student.
