LocationInsight LLC, the Denver, Colorado-based search marketing software firm, raised $5 million from its financial partner United Communications Group and wrapped up the MBO of the LocationInsight local search business that formerly belonged to InfoNow Corp. Specifics on the transactions were not publicized.
DENVER, CO., August 13, 2012 — LocationInsight LLC today announced the successful raise of $5M from financial partner, United Communications Group (UCG) while simultaneously completing a management buy-out of the LocationInsight local search marketing business from the InfoNow Corporation.
