Crane Street Capital has invested in Brain Balance Holdings. Financial terms weren’t announced. Brain Balance is a franchisor and operator of supplemental educational centers focused on helping children with learning disabilities such as ADD and ADHD.
Crane Street Capital LLC (“Crane Street”) recently completed an equity investment in Brain Balance Holdings, Inc., a franchisor and operator of supplemental educational centers focused on helping children with learning disabilities such as ADD and ADHD.
Crane Street Co-Founder & CEO, William Liebeck stated “We are very excited to have completed our third platform investment in the past three years. We think Brain Balance has built a leading position in the supplemental education industry and we look forward to partnering with management to further expand the Company’s footprint.”
Brain Balance Co-Founder & CEO, William Fowler stated, “We founded this Company 7 years ago and are excited to have validation of the Brain Balance concept by such an experienced outside investor. We look forward to continuing to develop and expand the Brain Balance Program to address more children in need.”
The capital will be used to facilitate growth in the Company’s franchise operations and to selectively open corporate sites in certain markets where there is currently limited franchise coverage.
