Solving the Growing Information Retrieval Problem
While document storage is getting cheaper, the cost of information retrieval is exponentially growing. With Docurated, users can instantly find and use the exact and most relevant page, paragraph, slide, or chart they need, without opening a single file or folder, regardless of where it is stored. By saving hundreds of hours a month for customers, Docurated delivers unprecedented ROI and increased revenue per employee.
“The #1 problem in enterprise IT is ‘where did I save that document?’ With Docurated, it does not matter. The Company’s early success in providing economic value and productivity gains to Fortune 500 companies in multiple verticals validates the technology and use cases, and confirms that the company has the right team and strategy in place,” said RVP General Partner Voytek Siewierski.
Finding That Which Couldn’t Previously Be Found
Leading technology, consumer goods, publishing and professional services firms are rapidly adopting Docurated to drive productivity gains and to enable revenue focused employees to instantly find and reuse content stored—and all-too-frequently buried—in document repositories.
Expanding Sales, Marketing and Engineering Resources
This investment will help Docurated add sales and marketing resources to meet soaring customer demand, as well as technical staff to further enhance search intelligence, mobile capabilities, collaboration features and expand file storage vendor support.
“We’re delighted that RVP has joined our existing investors in helping us disrupt the old file-and-folder paradigm with a far more user-friendly solution that makes content and document management systems and repositories what they should be – useful,” added Docurated CEO Alex Gorbansky. “The RVP partners have extensive domain expertise and will be instrumental in helping us expand our growing customer base.”
