RLH Equity-backed RGM Group, an interactive media company, has hired Alex Baxter as chief executive officer. Prior to RGM, Baxter worked as chief digital officer and chief media officer for Competitor Group, a private equity-backed sports media and events business.
RGM Group has hired digital media veteran, Alex Baxter, as CEO. Backed by RLH Equity, the move comes as RGM prepares to grow and diversify its interactive media business.

As a senior digital executive, Baxter brings 14 years of experience in digital sales and marketing, business development, strategic alliances, distribution, and operations management. Prior to joining RGM, Baxter served as the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Media Officer for Competitor Group, a private equity backed sports media and events business that owns and operates digital properties, print magazines, a book publisher, and a global series of endurance sports events.
