L Catterton has acquired Portland, Oregon-based children’s clothing brand Hanna Andersson. No financial terms were disclosed. The sellers included Sun Capital Partners Inc. Hanna Andersson President and CEO Adam Stone will continue to lead the company.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
