The successful candidate will prepare and deliver client presentations, value companies using a variety of methodologies, draft deal documents, develop and maintain financial models, analyze business plans and perform company, industry, market and competitor research and due due diligence. Requirements include experience as an investment banking associate or senior analyst, or at least three years of consulting, accounting or relevant technology industry experience. The position is located in San Francisco.
PwC is looking for a deals strategy manager. The team offers strategy advice to a broad range of investors, including the leading private equity houses, major banks, and companies undertaking mergers and acquisitions or other investment opportunities. Services include delivering commercial insight into the attractiveness of a proposition and evaluating business plans and company strategies against market performance and competitor strength. Candidates need a minimum of five years of experience, demonstrating extensive knowledge of, and a proven record of success in, commercial due diligence or corporate strategy roles. NYU Stern School of Business is in the market for an associate director at its Creative Destruction Lab. The objective of the program is to maximize the probability of success for seed-stage science and technology-based startups, bringing together successful entrepreneurs, startup founders, NYU scientists, Stern MBA students, and venture capitalists. The successful candidate will work with the director to develop, implement, and evaluate the program, with particular emphasis on building external business relationships and internal partnerships.
