CrowdOut Capital, a private lender for middle-market companies, has opened an office in Dallas. Stu Bell, who previously held leadership and consulting positions at Cypress Growth Capital and Teakwood Capital, will lead the new office.

Bell spent the bulk of his career in multiple senior roles at Comerica Bank. Most recently, he held leadership and consulting positions at Cypress Growth Capital and Teakwood Capital. A Dallas resident of more than 18 years, Bell received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio and a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin.
