Xact Data Discovery, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital Fund III, L.P., acquired San-Francisco-based F1 Discovery, LLC, a provider of electronic discovery services to law firms and corporate clients. The deal expands the West Coast presence of XDD, which is headquartered in Mission, Kansas.
Clearview Capital Fund III, L.P. (“Fund III”) announced today that its portfolio company, Xact Data Discovery (“XDD”), has acquired F1 Discovery, LLC.
Based in San Francisco, F1 is a specialized provider of electronic discovery services to law firms and corporate clients. “We have been focused on building our West Coast capabilities and are very excited to add F1’s talented team to our organization. F1 has an excellent reputation in the Northern California market and we look forward to providing their clients with the additional services and broader infrastructure and technology resources that XDD has to offer,” said Bob Polus, CEO of XDD. F1 represents XDD’s second add-on acquisition completed in 2016, and the company continues to seek additional complementary acquisitions.
