In addition to heading NFP’s internal human resources programs, Davis led the company’s expansion in HR consulting. She previously co-founded a benefits procurement consortium specializing in private equity that was acquired by NFP in 2012.

Davis leads the internal human resources (HR) programs at NFP and has spearheaded the company’s growth in HR consulting and outsourcing services for clients. She has enhanced internal programs and initiatives at the company, focusing on increasing professional support and development, talent acquisition and community engagement. Most recently, Davis played an integral part in launching the NFP Women in Leadership Council, which seeks to empower female leaders across the organization.

Davis has over 25 years of experience in HR and held leadership positions within several industries prior to joining NFP in 2012. Most recently, she was co-founder of a benefits procurement consortium specializing in private equity that was acquired by NFP in 2012.
