Amherst Partners has expanded its restructuring advisory and investment banking team with new new hires. James Morden has joined the firm as a restructuring advisory managing director and Matthew Feldman has been named director of investment banking. Previously, Morden worked at Alvarez & Marsal where he served as a director in the corporate restructuring group while Feldman was a vice president at Moelis & Company.
Amherst Partners is pleased to announce continued growth of the firm’s Restructuring Advisory and Investment Banking practices with the recent arrival of two new, senior-level hires: James Morden and Matthew Feldman.
The addition of James and Matt to Amherst’s leadership team represents a key step in the firm’s overall growth strategy, bolstering both industry expertise and execution capability. Being able to lure these talented individuals away from Wall Street firms and bring them both home to the Midwest is a direct reflection of Amherst’s positive momentum in the marketplace.
