Z Capital Partners is looking to hire a director/MD, business development. The position entails building and managing relationships with commercial banks, CLOs, BDCs, insurance companies and other lending institutions, with the goal of acquiring stressed or distressed middle-market loan control positions. A minimum of 10 years’ experience, ideally in business development and leveraged finance, is required. The position is located in New York.

The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) has two open positions. The managing director, research and content, will be responsible for the strategic direction of the content platform, and (along with the management team) for building relationships with industry executives and expanding the ILPA’s membership base. The director of communications will develop and refine ILPA’s core messages, and work with internal and external content experts to create compelling deliverables. PricewaterhouseCoopers is recruiting a mergers and acquisitions associate. Team functions include conducting pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, executing enterprise-wide integrations, and supporting complex divestitures and separations. Consulting work focuses on M&A process improvement, playbooks, and taking control of newly acquired entities. Candidates need a minimum of one year of experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science, mathematics or engineering. The position is located in San Jose, California.

Soundcore Capital Partners is looking to add a full-time associate to its investment team. The hire will develop and vet investment theses, create presentations and models, and help manage numerous third-party advisors. Requirements include two to three years of work experience in investment banking and highly developed financial modeling skills. The position is located in New York.

K1 Investment Management is seeking a private equity associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating detailed financial models (including LBO and merger), performing due diligence on potential investments, and creating quarterly and annual forecasts. Applicants should have three to six years of experience. The position is located in Los Angeles.
