Trilantic North America buys minority stake in 24-7 Intouch

Trilantic North America has acquired a minority stake in 24-7 Intouch Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Greg Fettes and Jeff Fettes, who founded 24-7 Intouch in 2000, will remain the majority shareholders and continue to lead the company. 24-7 Intouch, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, provides customer support services in North America and Guatemala. Robert W. Baird & Co. advised 24-7 Intouch. Fillmore Riley LLP provided legal advice to 24-7 while Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Trilantic.

The transaction will provide 24-7 Intouch with access to significant financial capital as the Company scales rapidly.
