Altius Associates Appoints Three to CEO

Altius Associates has announced adjustments to its executive management team. John A. Hess, co-founder and CEO since 1998, will assume the full time role of executive chairman of Altius Associates Ltd. Assuming the CEO role with immediate effect will be three existing executive directors of the firm: Jenny Fenton, currently chief operating officer; Brad Young, currently head of investments, and Dr Eric Warner, currently head of investor relations. The three will carry the title of Co-CEO.

Altius Associates Ltd. has announced adjustments to its executive management team. John A. Hess, the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer since 1998, will assume the full time role of Executive Chairman of Altius Associates Ltd. Assuming the Chief Executive (CEO) role with immediate effect will be a triumvirate of three existing Executive Directors of the firm: Mrs Jenny Fenton, currently Chief Operating Officer; Mr Brad Young, currently Head of Investments, and Dr Eric Warner, currently Head of Investor Relations. The three will carry the title of Co-CEO.

The changes follow a long-scheduled plan by the Board to evolve the leadership structure of the firm in support of its continued growth and development of its global footprint and business lines while preserving the firm’s culture and flat organisation structure. The CEO trio will take on the day-to-day operational management of the firm, allowing John, who co-founded Altius in 1998, to focus exclusively on client development and overall firm strategy. The trio will continue to be responsible for their existing areas.
