As CFO, Ray will be responsible for American River Ventures' accounting and finance functions, all facets of the firm's investment process, as well as working with portfolio companies to ensure financially sound business plans. In addition to his background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Ray brings to American River Ventures over 20 years of experience working with both early-stage, venture-backed companies and high technology enterprises.
