Publicly traded Amyris Inc., a maker of renewable chemicals and fuels, has secured $83.7 million in financing. The private placement of common stock included existing investors Temasek Holdings; Total Gas & Power USA; SAS; and Naxyris SA, an affiliate of NAXOS Capital Partners.
