Andrew Paff has joined Headwaters MB as a managing director focused on IP media subsystem telecom technology. He is the former president and CEO of Cedar Point Communications.
Headwaters announced that Mr. Andrew Paff has joined the firm as a Managing Director with a focus on IP Media Subsystem (IMS) telecommunication technology.
“Andy has helped build some of the world's leading telecommunications companies and his knowledge and understanding of the technology drivers of the industry are second to none. His strength complements our existing telecom practice beautifully and will help Headwaters deliver exceptional advice to our middle market clients,” said David S. Maney, the Co-Founder & Chairman of Headwaters MB.

Prior to Headwaters, Mr. Paff was the President & CEO of Cedar Point Communications where he was named Cable Fax CEO of the Year in 2005, CEO of the Year by MassNetComms in 2006, and a Regional Semi Finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year competition in 2007. During his tenure at Cedar Point, he propelled the Company to 14,853% revenue growth, earning it 2nd place in the 2007 Inc 500 list. Andy also founded and ran Integration Technologies which he sold to General Electric in 1997. Andy has also worked with Worldbridge Broadband Services, ARRIS and Viacom Cable in a thirty year telecommunications career.
Mr. Paff joined Headwaters on May 5, 2008.
