Archway, which is backed by Tailwind Capital and Black Canyon Capital, has acquired Corporate Services. Financial terms weren’t announced. South Bend, Ind.-based Corporate Services is a fulfillment company.
Today, Archway, a leader in marketing fulfillment, announced the acquisition of Corporate Services Inc. (CSI). CSI is a privately held fulfillment company centrally located in South Bend, IN.

In combination with CSI, Archway’s credentials to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries include:
* Client relationships with three of the top five, and eight of the top 20 pharmaceutical and life science companies
* More than 4 million square feet of storage and distribution space in 13 metropolitan areas, of which more than 700,000 square feet are secured, temperature and humidity-controlled
* HIPAA, PDMA, 21 CFR part 11 compliant
* DEA approved in all 50 states to distribute sample prescription and OTC 3, 3N, 4 & 5 controlled substances
