Argonaut Private Equity invests in Excellence Engineering

Excellence Engineering has secured an undisclosed investment from Argonaut Private Equity. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Excellence Engineering is a provider of engineering services focused mostly in the energy industry.


TULSA, Okla. – Excellence Engineering, a Tulsa, Okla.-based engineering services company focused primarily in the energy sector, recently received a growth capital investment from Argonaut Private Equity.
Excellence Engineering provides engineering design, drafting, procurement and construction services to an array of companies, a majority of which operate in the energy sector. Founded in 2001 and owned by Dee Hays, P.E., Excellence Engineering is nationally certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Council – Southwest, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
Argonaut, an affiliate of George B. Kaiser, is a Tulsa-based private equity group investing in growing and profitable companies in the region, among other things.
