Arlon Group, a New York-based private equity firm focused on food and agriculture, has announced plans to acquire a majority stake in 11-year-old Wholesome Sweeteners, a Sugar Land, Texas-based organic sweetener supplier. Terms of the deal aren’t being disclosed.
