Audax-backed Rogue Wave acquires ZeroTurnaround

Rogue Wave Software, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired ZeroTurnaround Inc, an Estonian provider of software tools for Java developers. No financial terms were disclosed.

Rogue Wave Software (“Rogue Wave”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”), has acquired ZeroTurnaround. The acquisition will be integrated into the Rogue Wave business and will complement Rogue Wave’s core developer tools offering. ZeroTurnaround is Rogue Wave’s sixth acquisition under Audax ownership
