Audax sells Gabriel to Huntsman Corp

Audax Private Equity has sold Akron, Ohio-based Gabriel Performance Products, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. The buyer was Huntsman Corporation. No financial terms were disclosed. Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Fredrikson & Byron, P.A.
