Audax Group has sold Kurt Versen Co. to Hubbell Inc. (NYSE: HUB) for an undisclosed amount. Kurt Versen is a Westwood, N.Y.-based maker of recessed downlighting for commercial applications, and was acquired by Audax in May 2005.
