Bain Capital Double Impact, Bain Capital's impact investing business, has acquired two regional healthcare companies to form Arosa+LivHOME, an in-home care provider for older adult Americans and their families. Ari Medoff, owner and CEO of Arosa, will lead the combined company.

OASE Living Water, which is backed by Argand Partners, has acquired Mantua, Ohio-based Atlantic Water Gardens, a provider of outdoor water feature products and systems to the North American market. No financial terms were disclosed.

Frontier Capital has made an investment in Irvine, California-based PriceSpider, a provider of consumer conversion intelligence and brand optimization software to some of the world’s largest brand manufacturers. No financial terms were disclosed. Houlihan Lokey provided financial advice to PriceSpider on the transaction.

CIFC LLC, a private debt manager specializing in U.S. corporate and structured credit strategies, has named Dan Robinson as chief investment officer, Europe. Previously, Robinson worked at Apollo Global Management LLC where he was portfolio manager and head of liquid credit, Europe.

Cain International, which is backed by Eldridge Industries, has sold its stake in sbe Entertainment Group to AccorHotels. No financial terms were disclosed. Headquartered in Los Angeles, sbe Entertainment Group is a hospitality company.

Applied-Cleveland, a portfolio company of First Reserve, has rebranded as Eagle Infrastructure Services. Cleveland-based Eagle Infrastructure Services is a professional service and inspection solutions provider.

MPE Partners has promoted Matthew Yohe and Graham Schena to partners, Charlie Rossetti to principal and Evan Fisher to senior associate. Also, Michael Duffy has rejoined the Cleveland and Boston-based private equity firm as a vice president.

Bertram Capital has made an investment in Brookfield, Wisconsin-based Best Version Media, a hyper-local media and marketing company. No financial terms were disclosed.
