BayMark Health Services, a provider of opioid treatment centers, has merged with Healthcare Resource Centers, a outpatient services provider that specializes in treating opioid dependency. No financial terms were disclosed. BayMark is backed by Webster Capital.
Radiology Partners has acquired Southern California-based Renaissance Imaging Medical Associates Inc, a radiology practice and provider of specialized diagnostic imaging services delivered in hospitals and outpatient imaging centers. No financial terms were disclosed. Radiology Partners was backed by New Enterprise Associates and Future Fund. Cain Brothers served as financial adviser to RIMA on the transaction.
San Francisco-based AlphaFlow, an automated alternative investment platform for real estate, has appointed Chris Woida as co-chief investment officer. Previously, Woida was managing director and head of index solutions at Axioma. AlphaFlow's backers include Resolute Ventures, Point72 Ventures, Upside Partnership, Social Capital, Y Combinator, Clocktower Technology Ventures, an affiliate of Drobny Capital and Red Swan Ventures.
Wind Point Partners has hired Trish Gilbert as chief talent officer. Previously, she worked at The Edgewater Funds where she was vice president of human capital.

AE Industrial Partners has acquired Park City, Kansas-based FMI, a provider of specialized components mostly for the aerospace industry. No financial terms were disclosed; however, LBC Credit Partners provided senior secured credit facilities to back the transaction.
Pacific View Asset Management LLC and Argonaut Investments have launched the PVAM Argonaut Property Fund LP, a real estate investment fund. The target is $50 million. So far, the fund has raised $30 million. PVAM Argonaut Property Fund will invest in neighborhood and community necessity-based anchored shopping centers and other related investments.
Riverside Acceleration Capital, which is part of The Riverside Company, has made an undisclosed investment in Connexient. Based in New York City, Connexient is a provider of indoor mapping, navigation and location-based services for companies with large, complex buildings and campuses.
