Salient CRGT Inc has closed its previously announced acquisition of Springfield, Virginia-based Information Innovators Inc, a provider of solutions and services to IT and health-focused clients across the federal government. No financial terms were disclosed. Salient CRGT is backed by Bridge Growth Partners LLC and Frontenac Co, while Information Innovators’ was backed by DFW Capital Partners.
The Praedium Group has acquired two Colorado-based multifamily properties, Helios Apartments and Centennial Park Apartments. No financial terms were disclosed.
Sentinel Data Centers, which is backed by Kelso & Company, has closed its previously announced sale of two data centers to CyrusOne Inc. The price of the sale was $490 million. DH Capital and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP advised Sentinel on the transaction.

ChrysCapital has raised $600 million for its seventh fund, according to an SEC filing. Based in Mauritius, ChrysCapital is an India-focused private equity firm.
Floodgate has closed its sixth fund at $131 million, according to an SEC filing. Based in Silicon Valley, Floodgate invests in tech startups.
