Boutique investment bank TriPoint Global Equities LLC has named Robert Nathan as a senior vice president and director of the firm. Previously, Nathan worked at Monarch Capital Group where he served as a senior vice president. Also, TriPoint has opened a new office in New York City located in midtown Manhattan.

An investor group led by Aurora Capital Group has agreed to acquire Restaurant Technologies Inc from EQT Infrastructure Limited. No financial terms were disclosed. RBC Capital Markets LLC and Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP advised EQT on the transaction. Based in Minneapolis, RTI is a provider of edible oil management and distribution services to the U.S. food service sector.

Avista Capital Partners has hired Robert P. O'Neil as an operating executive. Previously, O'Neil worked at Johnson & Johnson's consumer group of companies where he served as worldwide vice president of business development.
Pritzker Group Private Capital has named Mohan Kharbanda, Jim Harris and Shacey Petrovic as senior advisors. Kharbanda's experience includes leadership positions at Apple, Dell and Lineage Power. Mansa Capital Management LLC has acquired a controlling stake in Boston-based healthcare tech company Accreon Inc. Also, the firm has invested $5.5 million in Accreon. And, Jason Torres, a partner and chief operating officer at Mansa Capital and Dr. William Winkenwerder Jr have been added to Accreon's board while Tom Burlin has been tapped as its new chairman.
