Antara Capital Master Fund LP is provided $50 million in financing to USA Technologies Inc. The deal includes $20 million in equity financing and $30 million senior secured debt. USA Technologies is a cashless payments and software services company for the self-service retail market.
MEDNAX Inc said Oct. 10 that agreed to sell its MedData business to Frazier Healthcare Partners. Financial terms weren’t announced. MedData provides technology-enabled management services for hospitals, health systems and healthcare providers.
Goodhart Partners LLP has acquired a minority stake in Albright Capital Management LP. Financial terms weren’t announced. Albright, of Washington D.C., is an emerging markets private markets investor.
Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc said Oct. 10 that it agreed to buy Fi360 Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Fi360 provides fiduciary-focused software, data and analytics for financial advisors and intermediaries across the retirement and wealth ecosystem. Bluff Point Associates acquired Fi360 in 2012, PitchBook said.
Virtus said Oct. 10 that Mike Kesner, John Eichmann, Eric Banduch, Joey Eichmann, and Angela Aiello have joined the company. Virtus did not disclose where the Chicago team worked at before, but said the group founded and led a large private equity insurance practice. Virtus is a portfolio company of Agman.
AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA said Oct. 10 that it agreed to sell Scandinavian Cosmetics Group to Accent Equity. Financial terms weren’t announced. Scandinavian Cosmetics is a Nordic distributor of cosmetics.

Emplify said Oct. 10 that it raised a $15 million funding round led by Edison Partners. Prior investors, including Allos Ventures, Cultivation Capital, Mark Hill, Bob Davoli from Gutbrain Ventures and 4G Ventures managing director Bill Godfrey, participated in the round. Emplify, an employee engagement company, said it hired George Tate as SVP of Sales.
