Bain to buy stake in Indian wealth manager from GA, Fairfax

Bain Capital has agreed to acquire a 24.98 percent stake in IIFL Wealth Management, a Mumbai, India-based wealth management company, from General Atlantic and Fairfax India Holdings Corp.
