BBRC invests in Plant Therapy

Twin Falls, Idaho-based BBRC Private Equity has made an investment in Plant Therapy, a provider of essential oils and accessories. No financial terms were disclosed. Focal Point, Glaser Weil and Green Hasson & Janks advised Plant Therapy on the transaction while Seward & Kissel and CohnReznick did likewise for BBRC Private Equity.


Plant Therapy, LLC, a leading direct-to-consumer supplier of essential oils and accessories, announced today that it has received a minority investment from BBRC Private Equity.
Founded in 2011, Plant Therapy has long been a leader in providing the highest-quality essential oils directly to consumers through the company website,, local retail partners and at online retailers including Amazon.
