BelHealth expands team with new addition

BelHealth Investment Partners LLC has hired Ed Mendham as vice president of finance-portfolio companies. Previously, Mendham worked at Qforma where he served as chief financial officer.

New York, NY – January 6, 2016 – BelHealth Investment Partners LLC (“BelHealth”), the investment manager for the BelHealth Investment Funds, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, announced that Ed Mendham has joined the firm as Vice President, Finance – Portfolio Companies. Mr. Mendham will provide finance and accounting expertise during due diligence for new investments as well as for the existing portfolio.

Mr. Mendham has 20 years of experience in financial and accounting roles. Most recently, Mr. Mendham served as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Qforma, a leading provider of data analytics services to the pharmaceutical industry and a BelHealth portfolio company. Prior to Qforma, Mr. Mendham served as Vice President, Finance for Advanced Health Media, the industry leader in speaker bureau management and compliance management systems for the pharmaceutical industry. Ed is a CPA and received an MBA from Rider University and BA from Trenton State College (the college of New Jersey).
