BlueRoads Raises Series D

BlueRoads Corp., a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of partner opportunity management solutions to medium-to-large enterprises, has raised $9.27 million in Series D funding. The company did not identify round participants, but past backers have included ArrowPath Venture Capital, Cardinal Venture Capital, El Dorado Ventures and The Halo Fund.
