Bowmark adds to senior management committee and promotes one to origination partner

Bowmark Capital has named Stephen Delaney, a partner at the firm, to its senior management committee. Also, the firm has promoted Luca Mastrodonato to origination partner. Delaney joined in 2014 while Mastrodonato came on board in 2011.

Bowmark Capital is pleased to announce that partner Stephen Delaney will join the firm’s senior management committee.  At the same time, Luca Mastrodonato has been promoted to the position of origination partner.

Stephen Delaney has played a key role in the development of Bowmark’s technology practice since joining the firm in 2014 from Darwin Private Equity. Since then, he has been involved in a number of key investments including Node4, ASK4 and Focus Group.

Luca Mastrodonato leads Bowmark’s origination function which has expanded significantly under his leadership since joining the business in 2011 from professional services group, EY.  Luca has been responsible for originating a number of investments across the technology, business services and media sectors.
