Breck Partners has acquired Essential Cabinetry Group, a Simpsonville, South Carolina-based maker of custom, semi-custom and stock-plus kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.

No financial terms were disclosed. BlackArch advised Essential Cabinetry and Gridiron on the deal. Essential Cabinetry was backed by Gridrion.
